Each owner holds a Preference Share in Asia Investment Holdings Limited (AIH) for each residence owned at Azur. Through these shares, Azur owners control two of the three seats on the AIH Board of Directors, giving them direct representation in the governance of the estate.
AIH holds the key block of Preference Shares in Azur Management Co. Ltd. (AMC) — the registered owner of Azur Samui’s common areas and the land beneath the apartment buildings. Important decisions concerning these assets are subject to reserved-matter protections and owner-controlled approvals.
In addition, access and easement rights to all units are irrevocably registered at the Samui Land Office.
